নালন্দা ধ্বংসের বিতর্ক বখতিয়ার খলজি কি আসলেই দায়ী |  The controversy over the destruction of Nalanda is whether Bakhtiyar Khalji was really responsible  বখতিয়ার খলজি নালন্দা ধ্বংস করেনি, বখতিয়ার আসার পর নালন্দাসহ এরকম হাজার-হাজার শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান এমনি এমনিই হাওয়ায় মিলিয়ে গিয়েছিলো। বখতিয়ার খলজি নালন্দায় পা-ই ফেলেনি তবুও শুধু শুধু নালন্দা অঞ্চলের নাম বদলে বখতিয়ারপুর হয়ে গেছে।  বখতিয়ার খলজিসহ মুসলিম শাসকেরা খুবই শিক্ষানুরাগী ছিলো কিন্তু কোনো এক রহস্যময় কারণে মুসলমান শাসকদের পরবর্তী ছয়শত বছরের শাসনে এই অঞ্চলে একটা সিঙ্গল শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানও গড়ে উঠেনি৷ " বুদ্ধিস্টরা মিয়ানমারে হাজারবছর নিরবিচ্ছিন্ন শাসন করেছে কিন্তু তারাও নালন্দা কিংবা জগদ্দল বিহারের মতো একটা সিঙ্গল শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে তুলতে পারেনি।  কারণ এইরকম শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান গড়ে তোলা বৈরাগ্যবাদী একমুখী আইডিওলোজির অনুসারী বুদ্ধিস্টদের সামর্থ্যের বাইরে ছিলো। তারা মিয়ানমারে লাখো স্তুপ বানিয়েছে কারণ একমাত্র এই কাজটিই তারা জানতো।  #নালন্দাসহ হাজার-হাজার যতো শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান ভারতবর্ষে ছিলো সবই ছিলো হিন্দু শৈব-বৈষ্ণব রাজাদ...
