গোপন চেম্বারের সন্ধান


২০১৭ সালে “স্ক্যানপিরামিডস প্রকল্প” (ScanPyramids Project)-এর আওতায় আন্তর্জাতিক গবেষক দল এক অভিনব প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করে গিজার পিরামিড স্ক্যান করেন। এতে দেখা যায়, পিরামিডের ভেতরে আগে অজানা এক বিশাল ফাঁপা জায়গা বা চেম্বার রয়েছে। ধারণা করা হয়, এর দৈর্ঘ্য প্রায় ৩০ মিটার, যা একটি যাত্রীবাহী বিমানের আকারের সমান। এই রহস্যময় চেম্বারটিকে বিজ্ঞানীরা নাম দিয়েছেন “বিগ ভয়েড” (Big Void)।


কী থাকতে পারে ভেতরে?


এখন পর্যন্ত বিজ্ঞানীরা সরাসরি ভেতরে প্রবেশ করতে পারেননি। তবে অনুমান করা হচ্ছে—


1. এটি হয়তো ফারাও খুফুর (Pharaoh Khufu) সমাধি সুরক্ষিত রাখার জন্য বানানো হয়েছিল।





2. হতে পারে এটি ছিল পিরামিড নির্মাণের সময় পাথর টেনে তোলার জন্য ব্যবহৃত কোনো গোপন পথ।

গবেষকরা “মিউঅন রেডিওগ্রাফি” (Muon Radiography) নামে এক আধুনিক কণাপদার্থবিজ্ঞানের পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করেন। এই প্রযুক্তি মহাকাশ থেকে আসা অতি সূক্ষ্ম কণা, যাকে মিউঅন বলা হয়, তার গতিপথ বিশ্লেষণ করে। যদি কোনো জায়গায় ফাঁপা স্থান থাকে, তবে মিউঅন সহজে প্রবেশ করে যায়। এই প্রক্রিয়ায় পিরামিডের ভেতরের গোপন কক্ষগুলো চিহ্নিত করা সম্ভব হয়।
