73-year-old Sulta Kamath has redefined age limits with her amazing work

 On November 10, 2024, Tani Nivas finished third in the 21-km category at the Mangalore Marathon and completed the race in just 2:51:48 hours.  Barefoot, wearing only socks and Sultha exemplified devotion and courage.


 I am 73 years old.  I raced with 60-year-old participants and stood first among 13-year-olds," he proudly told WTN Media. This is a symbol of their unwavering spirit.


 Sulta's athletic journey spans 30 years.  During this time he won more than 1,100 medals worldwide, including 22 international marathons.


 Her commitment to her health is also inspiring.  "I don't wear glasses, and doctors were surprised recently that I don't have blood pressure or diabetes," he told TOI.


 Sulta inspires the youth to adopt a healthy diet and sets a good example.




 Sulta is a lifelong learner.  Tani learned karate at the age of 35 and earned a brown belt.  His elder daughter Smita Kini has achieved black belt.


 Even with the struggle, their journey was not untouched.  Eight months ago, she lost her 30-year-old son Sandeep Kamath.  Amidst this deep grief, he finds his strength in running and managing Sandeep's water business.


 Her story is truly inspiring!
